Window Display Contest

GuitarLamp.com is asking for new ideas for future window displays. So send your ideas to us and one lucky winner will be picked each month to design our window display. Each winning idea becomes the window message of the month. All submissions must contain name and contact information to be considered. Winners will receive a $20 gift certificate and a GUITARLAMP.COM T-Shirt. See the real thing at 5848 Merriam Drive in Merriam Kansas 66203. Past displays have included Santa in a flying saucer, a flying Witch using a garage door opener, moving turkeys using solenoids, waving hand shaped chairs, Pinocchio with a 3 foot growing nose, a dancing Grinch, inflatable figures, moving parts such as turning bases, theatrical effects such as dimmer packs, lights, lasers, mirror balls, pulleys, fans, smoke machines, bubble machines, neon, sound system, etc. You can see them below. Animal Haven of Merriam decorates the February window display. You can be next! We’re looking for really unique ideas, so don’t be hesitant about speaking up. We’ll post the winners names on our website with a picture of the display – or not – it’s your choice – we’ll protect the innocent or guilty! People can decide for themselves what the displays mean. The displays may include posters, banners, figures, artistic renditions of abstract ideas – whatever it takes to express the winning idea. Send all ideas to windows@guitarlamp.com
