2. All Exchanges must be Pre-Arranged and include a Return Authorization Number, issued from GuitarLamp.com within 7 days from original purchase.

3. Any Cartons not clearly marked with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER on the outside of the box WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

4. All items exchanged must be returned in "SALEABLE CONDITION" including original packaging and hang tags.

5. Sorry but shipping costs will not be refunded.

6. Any broken or damaged carton claims must be filed with FedEx in your area.
